Training Services
Most training organizations dedicated to Lean Six Sigma focus on the traditional Green Belt, Black Belt, Champion curriculum. The Davista Group, has shown that utilizing a modular curriculum including the basics in Lean Six Sigma coupled with a stronger emphasis on data anaylsis and statistics has greatly increased the acceptance of the methodology and has shown a quicker return on investment for our clients.
